Last Updated: November 3, 2026

Welcome to Orvi AI. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Orvi AI mobile application, website at orvi.ai, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who We Are

Orvi AI is operated by ORVI AI LLC, a company based in Los Angeles, California. You can reach us at support@orvi.ai.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Orvi AI. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the involvement of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms.

3. Your Account

You may create an account using email, phone number, or a supported social sign-in provider (Apple or Google). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Orvi AI may offer auto-renewable subscription plans through the Apple App Store or Google Play on supported devices. RevenueCat manages subscription entitlements. If a separate web payment flow is presented, Stripe may process that payment. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Payment is charged by the store or payment processor shown at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel it under the applicable store or processor rules before the renewal date.
• Renewal timing, taxes, and any store-specific terms are shown by the applicable store or payment processor.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or other processor used for the purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Pricing may vary by region and is displayed in your local currency within the app. We may change subscription pricing from time to time; any price change will take effect at the start of your next billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

When using Orvi AI, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or other accounts.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or entity.

6. Health and Wellness Disclaimer

Orvi AI provides general wellness content including movement routines, nourishment ideas, and mindfulness exercises. This content is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for professional medical consultation, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new exercise or nutrition program.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and AI-generated content — are owned by ORVI AI LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Service (such as check-in responses and feedback). By submitting content, you grant ORVI AI LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and store that content as necessary to provide and improve the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ORVI AI LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ORVI AI LLC from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect (including Sections 7, 9, 10, 11, and 13).

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
